Currently, all counselling session fees must be paid and charged in advance.

Clients may use their credit card to secure their appointment through the booking service (Setmore).

If you would like to pay for your session by email money transfer, please contact Meghan at meghan@meghan belcher.com to book and send payment.

If you make a booking and would like to reschedule, please contact me. Any refunds in advance of 48 hours will still be charged an administration fee of $5.00 if you paid by credit card.

If you miss an appointment without notice or cancel a session with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the FULL cost of the session. Please note that charges for late, cancelled, and missed appointments often cannot be submitted for health insurance reimbursement.

I will refund you the appropriate amount of your fee as long as I have received your communication time stamped with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
