Online & In-person Counselling Therapy in Burnaby
My name is Meghan Belcher. I’m a Registered Professional Counsellor - Candidate (RPC-C) with the Canadian Professional Counsellor Association.
Do you often struggle with feelings of anxiety, sadness, shame or self-doubt?
Do you feel frustrated and self-critical while trying to make needed changes?
Stress, disappointment, and loss - as well as our inner struggles with anger, worry, self-criticism, and feelings of inadequacy - diminish our innate capacity for well-being and resilience.
As a counsellor, I invite you to bring every part of you to our sessions so you can be heard and understood.
I aim to embody warmth and honesty so you can process any hurts and fears with a discerning witness, and gently begin moving forward.
I bring years of ADHD coaching and counselling experience to our work together, lived experience as a late-diagnosed adult, and having processed losses, self-doubt, and adversity from a difficult past.
My passion is working with individuals to generate more connection, awareness and empathy for self. Even better, to witness clients embrace newfound authenticity, resilience and joy.
Together, we can partner to repair any damage caused by shame, loneliness, criticism, and hardship. I love to see clients connect to new tools, self-trust and compassion for themselves, embodying more self-worth, peace, wholeness, and hope.
